that procrastinating is really just a subconsious form of living life to the fullest? Studying for a foreign policy exam is not carpe diem. I have been programed to worry about the future. I was programed freshman year to work hard during the easy years of highschool to cushion the inevitable fall of my GPA once Junior and senior year tipped me over the edge. I have been programed senior year...
